Dear Jim,

I am sure that your are in receipt of the letter, dated September 27, 2006 that we also received from Ron Swanson on behalf of MSB.

The agreement between WACO and WHWF states that WHWF shall be responsible for all insurance of the ``Old Log Building’‘, therefore we are expecting WHWF to provide proof of liability insurance as requested by MSB. We would appreciate a copy for our files.

As stated in the letter from MSB, dated June 20, 2006 WHWF also needs to submit an application to MSB requesting approval for the Building to remain on the site managed by WACO.
