It has come to my attention that no action has occurred on Small Claims Case #3PA-04-00669SC, the case brought against Shawn McCrary by WACO in 2004.

Approximately a year ago you had agreed to represent us to bring this action to completion as the subject matter was dear to you, namely the animal mounts. WACO had agreed by motion to pay for appropriate items related to this case as long as the request for funds came before they were needed or spent.

As of August, 2006 the court had requested information from you which to date they do not have, and WACO has not received any requests for support from you.

WACO needs to finish this. If I have not heard from you in writing as to your plans by or at the July 2007 WACO meeting, I will presume that you do not have the continued interest in addressing this matter and will request direction from the community at that meeting. Sincerely,
