Copies of the findings in support of the order granting summary judgment and the motion to deny attorney’s fees were handed out and discussed. Richard and Delores Praelle have not filed an appeal, of the original law suit, within the required time limit. Mr. Wang, WACO’s attorney has filed a motion to recover attorney’s fees on WACO’s behalf. Richard and Delores have files a motion to deny attorney’s fees. The usual recovery of attorney’s fees per state statue is 20%. There is a 5 year time limit for recovery of attorney’s fees. The judge will decide the amount of recovery.
MOTION: Stop all proceedings at this point.
VOTE: Motion passed 5 for and 3 against.
