The Willow Summer Trails Subcommittee hereby invites firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough for consultant services to complete the Willow Summer Trails Master Plan. The consultant shall provide the necessary technical and professional services needed to fulfill and complete the tasks defined in the scope of work.

Sealed Proposals must be submitted and marked: Proposal – WILLOW SUMMER TRAILS MASTER PLAN

Proposal must be received by Willow Trails Committee, P.O. Box 845, on or before April 16th, 3:00 p.m., local time to be considered. Proposal documents are available from the Willow Trail Committee by telephone (907) 495-6368, by email, trails@waco-ak.org or online from this page, or http://www.willowhealth.net. All proposers must register with the Willow Trail Committee to receive proposal addenda by providing name, phone number, mail and email addresses to the Willow Trail Committee.

The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or waive any and all technicalities or informalities as it deems appropriate.
