MOTION: Bill Mailer moved that the Board go into executive session to discuss a financial matter. The motion was seconded.
VOTE: The motion passed unanimously.
At 7:50pm the board went into executive session. At 8:42pm the board returned from executive session.
MOTION: Mary Shreves moved that the Board accept the draft document written by Thomas Wang, in reponse to the suit brought by the Pralles against WACO et al in Small Claims Court. The motion was seconded.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously
MOTION: Claire Fitzgaireld moved that the Board retain Thomas Wang to represent WACO in the matter of the small claims action 3PA-06-826SC. The motion was seconded.
VOTE: Motion passed with 10 for and 2 against.
MOTION: Bill Mailer moved that the Board rescind the motion passed previously concerning the letter drafted by Thomas Wang. The motion was seconded.

Motion was seconded.
