New Business

New Caretaker.

It was agreed that WACO would pay for a background check on prospective employees. A meeting was set up on Monday 28th August for the Interview Committee to review the 10 resumes received and discuss the interview questions. The members of the Interview Committee are Mary Shreves, Claire Fitzgaireld, Kel Jacobs, Linda Oxley and Pat Madigan.

Caretaker Contract.

The contract was reviewed and amended. The contract will be given to our Labor Lawyer and to Wage and Hour for review. It was agreed that the Chairs of WACO committees could have keys to the building

Rental Agreement.

The rental agreement was reviewed and amended, but cannot be completed until the issue of liability insurance is resolved.
